We don't run a pay-to-win marketplace. Whether you list one watch or two hundred, every dealer on The Haus gets equal exposure, equal tools, and an equal slice of the marketing engine.

Rotating placement, not paid placement

Marketplace order is shuffled on a daily seed for every visitor — no dealer can buy their way to the top of a category. Featured rails rotate slot-by-slot so every approved dealer gets time above the fold.

One flat fee. No tiers.

There is no Gold, Platinum or Boost tier. Every dealer pays the same monthly fee and gets the same tools — CRM, Shopify sync, manual upload, account manager.

Marketing reach is split pro-rata

Paid reach across Google, Meta and TikTok is allocated against active stock value. Every dealer gets a guaranteed minimum number of creatives and a guaranteed share of retargeting impressions each month.

Leads go to whoever owns the watch

An enquiry on a specific reference is routed to the dealer holding that piece. When a watch sells, the next enquiry on that reference rotates to the next dealer holding it — oldest listing first.

Same vetting for everyone

Every dealer goes through the same checks — trade history, references, ID verification. Approved means approved. There is no fast lane.

Transparent monthly reporting

Each dealer sees the same dashboard: impressions, clicks, leads on their stock and creatives shipped. If we did the work, you'll see the numbers. If we didn't, you'll see that too.
