How does The Haus of Chrono work?
We're a vetted dealer network, not a retailer. Browse live stock from independent dealers in London and Dubai, message the dealer directly on WhatsApp, inspect the watch in person or via live video, then pay the dealer direct. The Haus of Chrono never owns the stock and never takes a commission from buyers.
Do you take a commission?
No. Buyers pay the dealer's price with zero platform commission and zero markup. Dealers pay a flat monthly fee to list — every penny of the sale goes to the dealer.
How do I view a watch before buying?
You can view in person at the dealer in London or Dubai Hills, or request a live video walkthrough with macro on the dial, case-back and bracelet. Live magnification is available on request.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, escrow or select crypto, agreed directly with the dealer. Escrow is recommended on high-value pieces and can be arranged on request.
What happens if the watch isn't as described?
Every piece is covered by our Authenticity Promise. If a watch arrives not as described, we refund or replace — full stop.
Can I buy a watch in London and ship it to Dubai (or vice versa)?
Yes. Cross-border UK ↔ Dubai sales are arranged dealer-to-buyer using DHL insured shipping. Our concierge can source a specific reference from either market through the full corridor.
